CLM Appoints Ronna Ruppelt as New Chief Executive Officer

The Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM), which is affiliated with The Institutes Risk & Insurance Knowledge Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ronna Ruppelt as the new Chief Executive Officer. Ruppelt succeeds the retiring former CEO, Anne Blume.

Prior to this role, she held several executive claims positions, including Vice President of Casualty Claims at National General Insurance, Vice President of Claims at AIG Personal Lines, and Director of Claims at Direct General Insurance.

“I’ve been an active member of CLM for over a decade, and now I am excited to take a strategic role in an organization I value so much. The CLM is unique with its vibrant community and member-led content, and I plan to understand what our members need, and provide innovative knowledge-based solutions to help them be on the leading edge as our industry rapidly evolves,” says Ruppelt.
