What is your role and how long have you worked at The Institutes?
I have worked as the Director of Diversity at The Institute for 2.5 years.
What inspired you to get into your current role?
Seeing the lack of minority representation in fields across the board…especially within senior leadership.
What accomplishments are you most proud of professionally and/or personally?
Last year, I promised myself that I would read one book per month, I read 15.
What is something most people don't know about you?
I love to travel anywhere that requires a passport.
What does Black History Month mean to you?
Black History Month means acknowledging past and current Black change-makers who changed and are changing the world.
